Angelika Found Her Favorite Refuge in Yoga

I met yoga about 4 years ago in my city.

I have always been looking for something infinite, everything has an end, life itself has an end, friendship, love, money and most earthly pleasures … 

Yoga has no end for me!

Yoga is my favorite refuge where tumultuous thoughts cease to exist for a moment, where everything is what it should be, where in silence you find the words you were trying to stop bringing stupid useless questions. 

Yoga for me is a continuous knowledge, it never feels like learning something, it never evolves, everything is a continuous beginning, a new starting point to face any situation, and to grow culturally, physically and above all mentally.
