I started practicing yoga mainly out of curiosity, hoping to learn the asanas, become more fit and flexible.
While I only became serious in my practice only three years ago, I can say today that I wouldn’t be where I am without it.
The positive improvement to my mind-body balance that it has given me over the years is what I want to share with you.
During my engineering studies in India, I was faced with uncertainty about my future. I needed something to help me ground myself.
I started taking morning yoga classes which gave me courage and clear-mindedness.
My move to the US was one of the most important decisions in my life. Being alone for the first time, in a new country, with an uncertain future,
I can only thank Yoga for keeping me in control, and moving steadily forward.
Yoga has become my moving meditation.
I’ve been consistently and religiously practicing it for the past 3 years and have relished every class I had the privilege of attending.
