Kahina Shares How Yoga Comes to Her Gradually During a 3 Months Tour in Asia

After 5 years, studying law, Kahina starts working in a law firm until the day when multiple sclerosis comes to disrupt her life.

She decides to fly alone to the other side of the world, in New Zealand.

She stays there for 6 months and then decides to take a tour of Asia for 3 months and this is where Yoga comes to her gradually.

It is first of all the philosophy of Yoga that she meets then postures (asanas).

She discovers herself through this journey, learns to trust herself, and becomes her best ally.

She then went to live in Thailand with Buddhist monks to meditate 5 to 6 hours a day.

During this stay, she feels comfortable on this path she undertakes and she decides to enroll in different Yoga teacher trainings: Children’s YTT, Yin YTT, and feminine Yoga therapy training in India.⠀
