Why YOGA is the Only Way to Be More Aligned in Your Life?

Hi, I am Vrinda, a 17-year-old girl, and had no interest in yoga before 2 years until I joined dance classes. I always loved dancing and to be in physical fitness and also till today I enjoy it as much I enjoyed earlier.

I didn’t know what yoga is. I always only did exercises to keep my body stretched and not full of stiffness and trust me the only motive was this.

One day randomly I joined a proper yoga class, and to be honest, I enjoyed it then the days passed and I kept my classes on.

After some days of the regular classes of yoga I begin to feel light and less stressed out, I felt like what I was doing was just simple exercises for my external body but from doing yoga I am making every inch of my internal body move and exercise and keeping them alive from my deep routed heart.

Ever since then I decided I am not gonna leave doing yoga for sure because this is the only way to be more aligned in your life, which is the most important thing for us all.

And I am happy that this beautiful thing happened to me and I have always believed that Yoga is as beautiful as you are for yourself!!
