Find Out How Yoga Helped Delphine to Keep Zen

When I tried yoga for the first time, it was in 2006 when I started the actor’s training in Paris. Every Saturday in the morning I was practicing yoga with pleasure and happiness. I was feeling good and calm inside of me.

After this, I had to go to my student work: seller for a well-known brand of clothing. Try to imagine: Saturday in Paris, Montparnasse, a tourist place with a lot of people! People who want everything quickly !! Thanks to yoga I was zeeeen !! No problem anymore !!

A few months later, I had to stop Yoga. I needed more time to repeat my text for the show. I missed it a lot.

How can I do?

I finished the year in my school and I “forgot” yoga for 3 years.

I tried to live for my first passion: acting but I couldn’t. Never mind. In 2009 I thought about my future.

What can I do?

What I want to do?

And the answer was…

Yoga !! Yes !!  So I began a yoga teacher training.

I received for my birthday the first documents, photos and videos !! I was so happy.

I practiced yoga since this day and I never stopped. When I became mother of my first child, I wanted to practice yoga but how could I do with my baby?

I searched and I found: baby yoga. Yes, just Wonderful! I did it with my little baby girl.

I started with her when she had 3 months and she grew up with yoga and yoga with her.

Now she’s still practicing yoga. I practiced with her sister too. That’s a magical moment between us. Joy, calm, and happiness each time.
